Well I spent most of last week constructing a fake vegetable garden in the studio, then spent my weekend planting out a real one at home… there was a wise thing someone once said about art imitating life but I seem to be getting it a bit mixed up.
Shooting for Spangle the Boston Terrier wrapped up and I couldn’t be happier with what we’ve got. The daily rushes (or slows as they should be called when you’re dealing with animation) look fantastic, and Spangle really comes to life. He has such a sorrowful story to share but there’s so much to gain from it. I have to thank my good mate Dan for being so honest and open with us about the loss of both of his parents.
Coming up next is Sarah and Alex, our little vegetables. I wont tell you their story but it’s a good one and sure to get a giggle, despite being a bit sad. I’ve popped some photos of these two up on Facebook so do head on over for a stickybeak.
And last but not least, we’re just a teensy tiny $65 away from realising our target on the Pozible campaign. I don’t know how to properly say thank you for such an awesome effort from everyone who has pledged but they say a picture tells a thousand words, so here goes…
